ABOUT

PLAY On Main is a place for kids to PLAY!  We are a parent supervised indoor play place and party center. Caregivers can relax, meet & mingle with other parents or join in on the fun with their kids.  We have a two-level play structure where kids can climb and slide.  Kids will use their imagination in our pretend play areas such as a boat, fire truck and play house.  Enjoy snacks and drinks in our snack bar area. We offer lattes, smoothies, frozen hot chocolate, frozen lemonades, among many others! Parents can utilize a secure room to privately nurse, feed, or implement quiet time for infants while their siblings play. 

 

Play On Main offers a great space for you to celebrate your child’s birthday, host a baby or wedding shower, organize a play group, among other special events. 

We offer a comfortable, indoor, clean, climate controlled, safe & secure environment for families. Kids will have fun, explore, engage in physical activity, create & learn through play, which are all vital to a child's growth and development.

RULES

-A Release of Liability Waiver must be signed for each child and adult prior to entering the play area, including all party guests. All playgrounds have an inherent risk of injury. You assume the risk for yourself and the children you bring.


-Children must be accompanied by an adult; no drop offs. Any adult entering must be accompanying a child. 


-Socks must be worn by ALL entering our facility, children and adults, even those not playing. No shoes or bare feet. This helps with the cleanliness of our play space and to increase the longevity of our equipment. 


-No outside food or drink, other than water, is allowed during open play. Event rentals are an exception. Baby formula/food is allowed. Snacks and drinks are available to purchase at snack bar. 


-All food and drinks must be kept in cafe area, absolutely no food or drink in play space. 


-No gum or candy allowed in facility. 


-No sharp objects allowed in play area. 


-No parties or events allowed without making reservation prior to event. 


-No climbing on the netting of the play unit. 


-No running (this tears up the soft flooring), rough housing, shoving, spitting, or other unwarranted behavior. 


-Please be respectful of other families and do not bring sick kids to the play space. 


-Parents are expected to supervise and enforce the rules to allow for a safe and enjoyable play experience for all. 


-Play On Main is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. 


-We reserve the right to refuse entry and/or service to anyone. Those who do not follow rules may be asked to leave with no refund given.

OPENING HOURS

Monday-Thursday: CLOSED

Friday: 10am - 2:30pm & 3:30pm - 6pm

Saturday: 10am - 7pm

Sunday: 1pm - 6pm

**Hours are subject to change due to special events, school breaks or on occasions.**

We often close for private events, especially on weekends. We will *always* post on our Facebook Page if we are closed outside of our normal operating hours.

Please see posted monthly calendar on our social media sites for OpenPLAY schedule and special discounted play dates.

If there is an Open Play Time posted, the hours for that specific day only have been altered. Open Play is walk-in for the general public, no appointment needed, for anyone wishing to come play. If there is *not* an Open Play Time posted, then hours are normal operating hours (see above). PLAY Dates are Special Discounted Days for that particular group; we still remain open play to all others at regular admission pricing.

**Please check our social media accounts or give us a call before visiting to ensure our Open Play times, especially if you are traveling from out of town to visit us.**

PLAY Passes

  • Admission is for ages 1-16 years old

  • Younger than 1 year old is free with a  paid sibling; $5 without sibling

  • 2 free adults (ages 17+) with each child; $5 for each additional adult

  • No re-entry allowed; if you leave, you must pay to re-enter (unless you have an active membership)

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP

-$50 (+tax) per month for 1 child

-$85 (+tax) per month for 2 children

-$120 (+tax) per month for 3 children

-$135 (+tax) per month for 4+ children

Children must live in the same household. Members have unlimited entry and all day play, during open play hours. Members receive priority to special events hosted by PLAY On Main.

PARTY WITH PLAY
RENTAL RULES &
PRICING OPTIONS

-Each package includes 2 hours of celebrating. The party host will have access to the party room to begin set up 15 minutes prior to the start of party time.

-There is a $50 non-refundable booking fee, that will go towards total payment of party.

-Half payment is due upon booking if paying through emailed invoice. There must be a deposit paid within 7 days of booking to secure date/time, or you will not be guaranteed your desired time & date. Remaining balance will be due at least 7 days prior to event. Payment installments are available, if needed, but there will be a minimum $50 non-refundable down payment due upon booking, and payments must be paid in-person.

-Cash or check is welcome, or you may use the secure invoice link to pay by credit card.

-Final count of guests will be determined the day of the event and will be based on actual count, not estimated count. (Private Party Guest Count: up to 25 children & 40 adults; Semi-Private Party Guest Count: up to 15 children & 20 adults). There will be a $10 per additional child and $5 per additional adult fee for over maximum allowed guest count. This fee must be paid by the end of the event.

-The host may set up 15 minutes prior to the beginning of party time. The host will be allowed to enter through back entrance, which is located on the far east of the building, and has an accessible ramp. Please call Play On Main at 580-303-4991 upon arrival to be let in. This door has direct access to the party room.

-If time & schedule allows, you may add an additional time to your party; Semi-Private or decorating time: $50 for 45 minutes - 1 hours, $25 for 15 - 30 minutes. Private Facility $100 for 1 hour.

-Outside food and drinks are allowed with party rentals. Snack bar food/drinks are available for host to pre-purchase to have ready for your party the day of the event. Please notify Play On Main staff at least 3 days prior to event to order. Snack bar will also be available to guests during the party for purchase as well. Party food must remain in party room. Absolutely NO food or drink allowed in play area. No alcohol or tobacco products allowed on premise. 

-Clean up is provided by Play On Main staff for all package options.

-ALL party guests must enter through the front entrance and sign a release of liability waiver.

-We are a NO SHOES facility. Socks are required for ALL party guests, including adults and those not playing. Socks will be available to purchase for $3/pair, if needed. This assists with the cleanliness of our facility and the longevity of our equipment. PLEASE ENSURE ALL PARTY GUESTS ARE MADE AWARE OF THIS REQUIREMENT. We do understand that are certain medical limitations, therefore, we kindly ask those who are not able to remove shoes to please remain in the snack bar area or remain in the party room. Party guest may walk to party room while remaining on the tiled path towards the room. 

-The party room allows for four 6ft tables for guest seating, along with an option of one or two 6ft tables for party food and gifts set up.

-No tape, adhesives or tacks are allowed on the walls or ceilings. No glitter, silly string or confetti allowed due to difficult clean up. There will be a $25 clean up fee if any of these are used in the party. The fee must be paid the day of the event. 

-A backdrop stand is available for hanging decorations, backdrops/signs. Balloons and table decorations are encouraged (decorations and paper goods are not provided). Use of in-house available backdrops are available at no additional cost, if desired.

-We offer to place down solid colored table cloths, at your request, for no additional charge. Let us know in advance if you'd like this service, and we will let you know our color choices.

-We strive to make your event at PLAY easy, stress-free, convenient, and fun! Please let us know if we can assist you in any way, whether it's before the event or helping decorate & set up the day of. And remember, we clean up for you!

-Cancelation Policy: Full refund (minus the $50 booking fee) will be issued if party is cancelled at least 14 days (during business hours) prior to party. Half of total amount of party plus $50 non-refundable booking fee will be non-refundable if party is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the start of party time.

-Rescheduling Policy: We understand that unfortunate things come up, but for scheduling purposes, there will be a $50 rescheduling fee if party is rescheduled less than 14 days prior to party (during business hours). 

*** PARTY HOST IS SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL FEES IF POLICIES ARE NOT FOLLOWED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ALLOWING PARTY GUESTS ENTRANCE THROUGH PARTY ROOM DOOR WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL AND/OR GUESTS WEARING SHOES IN THE TALL PLAY ROOM. ***

**SPECIAL EVENTS/PARTIES PRESENTED BY PLAY** 

-Invoices must be paid within 24 hours upon receipt.

-All events are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash. We understand that issues arise, or children get sick, but unfortunately we will not be able to refund or transfer to a different event due to the significant amount of pre-planning and pre-purchasing for special events. We recommend you selling your spot or gifting to a friend or family member in the event you are unable to attend. So sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but we appreciate your understanding. Thank you for supporting our small business!

SEMI-PRIVATE PARTY

Friday-Sunday: $225 (+tax)

Your party guests will have a private party room to celebrate the guest of honor while other PLAY children not included in the party guest list may be playing in the common play area. 

This package includes 2 hours of fun for up to 15 children and 20 adults.

PRIVATE PARTY

Friday-Sunday: $300 (+tax)

Monday-Thursday: $185 (+tax)

Your party guests will be able to enjoy the the entire facility privately with only invited party guests.

This package includes 2 hours of celebrating for up to 25 children and 40 adults.
